FLOORSWEEPER

FLOORSWEEPER - an isometric Minesweeper

FLOORSWEEPER is an isometric reimagining of the classic Minesweeper game.

The Desktop Edition is completely free, with no ads, no upselling, and no distractions — just pure gameplay fun! The Mobile Edition follows a pay-once, own-forever model, offering a straightforward experience for less than your favorite coffee, with no ads or interruptions.

GAME FEATURES

This logical puzzle challenges players to excavate an isometric floor grid while avoiding hidden subsurface hazards. Each square may conceal a hazard, and players click to reveal what lies beneath. Safe squares display a number indicating how many adjacent squares contain hazards, helping players deduce potential dangers. Suspected hazard squares can be flagged for caution. If a hazard is uncovered, the game ends. The objective is to clear all non-hazard squares to win.

  • Adjust the floor grid resolution between 10×10 and 16×16

  • Set trap density between 5% and 25% of the total grid surface

  • Interchangeable visual themes to choose from

  • Configure long taps or right-clicks to always place a flag, regardless of the current click action

Developed in Delphi (RAD Studio 12) using Firemonkey graphics and a proprietary game engine, FLOORSWEEPER is distributed for free on desktop platforms and as a paid app for mobile. This approach allows you to enjoy the game easily on desktops and support our team by purchasing the mobile version.

LINUX RELEASE

You can currently download the Desktop Edition for Linux as a flatpak, a widely popular and safe (see here), distro-agnostic package.

While we aim to publish FLOORSWEEPER on the Snap Store (snapcraft.io), we are facing challenges with packaging Firemonkey applications for Snap. We hope to resolve this soon and offer more packaging options for Linux, which remains our favorite desktop platform.

Since FLOORSWEEPER is not open source, we are unable to release it via Flathub. However, you can download the flatpak package directly from the top of this page.

After downloading you can install it with the following command:

$ flatpak install {name_op_flatpak_file}
